BMW 328i Bike Rack – The SeaSucker Talon

As a result, a front wheel carrier, like the SeaSucker Flight Deck is not required. There are several mounting locations that can be used. Michael chose to roof mount his bike rack as shown in the photos.

SeaSucker Talon Roof Mount
In this example, Michael chose to mount his SeaSucker Talon entirely on his roof. This is an ideal choice for most sedans. Having said this, the mounting position is very important. The SeaSucker Talon mainboard needs to be located close to the roof folds. In this example, Michael mounted the mainboard just behind the windscreen. To ensure the rear wheel strap sits near a fold the bike rack should be mounted on the left or right had side of the roof.
