New premises 123 Bernard St Cheltenham VIC 319219 Dec 2015 – This weeks completes the much awaited move to our new premises at 123 Bernard Street, Cheltenham Victoria 3192.

We are co-located with ICE Ignition, Australia’s leading manufacturer of performance ignition systems, high-performance leads, voltage boosters and boost controllers to name a few. The decision to co-locate is both operational and strategic in nature. For a long time our customers have told us they would like the option to view our products and meet the team. Our new premises provides us with a reception area where we can have our products on display and engage our customers. It also means we have enabled “Free Local Pickup” as a check out option on our website. The new warehouse also provides us with plenty of space to grow.

Strategically both organisations have combined their importing and exporting power and have identified a cost effective air freight service. Having tested this new capability we can confirm we have the ability to bring in SeaSucker products from the US within 2 weeks. Over the Christmas break we will update our website so that almost every product available on the SeaSucker US website is also represented locally. If we are out of stock of one product our customers will be able to voice their opinion by using the NOTIFY ME button. This will give us valuable information regarding what products o include in our next monthly US shipment.

On the local front both organisations have pooled together their local shipping requirements. Moving forward SeaSucker Australia has ended its relationship with Australia Post and has already commenced using Star Track Express. We feel Star Track Express will provide our customers with a more responsive and cost effective service moving forward.

With the move to new premises we also changed company name from SeaSucker Australia to Gear Campus. This was to reflect our business strategy to be the go to place for innovative products.
