Porsche 911 GTS Bike Rack – The SeaSucker Mini Bomber
Phillip purchased a SeaSucker Mini Bomber and Flight Decks for his Porsche 911 GTS Bike Rack several months ago. Having recently purchased a Carbon Frame Gravel Bike with a Boost Front Hub he contacted us looking for advice. We recommend purchasing a 15 mm Through Axle Fork Mount, Boost Spacer and Mountain Bike (MTB) Plug.
We recommend purchasing a 15 mm Through Axle Fork Mount, Boost Spacer and Mountain Bike (MTB) Plug. Boost Front hubs are 110 mm wide between the forks, hence the need for a Boost Spacer. The MTB Plug will allow Phil to carry the front wheel of his Gravel Bike using the SeaSucker Flight Decks.
After many months of use, Phillip is happy with his bike rack, the only issue reported was excessive wind noise. We suggested moving the SeaSucker Mini Bomber bike rack further back to see if it would reduce the wind noise. In summary, the SeaSucker Bike Racks can be installed in several locations
