Using the SeaSucker as a Tie-Down / Anchor Point
Tie-Down solution for ice boxes
The SeaSucker Vacuum Mount with Aluminium Handle is fantastic tie-down / anchor point. Use it to attach fenders to your gunnels. Use it as a multi-position cleat for tieing off at the jetty. Use it to strap down items like tackle boxes. They are also great for securing large items in the back of your car such as:

The Aluminium Handle pivots 140 degrees. The handle pivots towards the tension being applied.
Just decide the amount holding power required. If the object is heavy then attach two 152 mm Vacuum Mounts with Aluminium Handles. Install one vacuum mount at each end, then run your rope or tie-down material. If more holding power is needed then add extra vacuum mounts in pairs.

As an anchor point, the SeaSucker Vacuum Mount with Aluminium Handle is a fantastic companion for a set of ratchet tie-downs. Rather than install a permanent hook/anchor point just attach a vacuum mount to a smooth flat surface then secure it with the ratchet tie-downs.
The SeaSucker Vacuum Mount with Aluminium Handle will also fulfil your boating needs. Rather than install a permanent cleat just attach the vacuum mount on the top or side of your gunnels. The same mount is used for deploying fenders or tieing off at the jetty.
