Airport Toyota hits the road with Avanti…
Melbourne Toyota dealer, Airport Toyota have thrown their support behind the 2016 Avanti / Isowhey Cycling Team by joining the team as support car sponsor. Airport Toyota is no new comer to cycling having been a sponsor of the African Wildlife NRS Team in 2015 and also being the Major Sponsor of the first ‘Ride to the Divide’ Charity Cycling Event in Melbourne’s north eastern suburbs.
Airport Toyota will be providing up to three different Toyota models during the season for the team to use. One of these will be the sporty Toyota 86, not usually known for it’s spacious interior or load carrying capacity, but definitely known for it’s performance and handlin
g making it ideal to chase down the peloton at the NRS events. The Avanti Team’s Toyota 86 has been fitted with the Sea Sucker ‘Mini Bomber’ vacuum mounted bike racks to carry Team bikes and wheels on the road (ed.).
